Judith Alexander Priest, M.S., LPC-S

Based in Fort Worth, Texas

Does life feel hard, lonely, exhausting, and unrelenting?

I will help you learn how to manage stress in new and healthier ways and find solutions to what feels overwhelming.

My Approach to therapy

I specialize in working with people struggling with trauma, grief, a loss of self-esteem/confidence, difficult relationships, and life transitions. With over 25 years’ experience as a licensed therapist, I know how to get to the root of issues quickly.

I provide a safe, supportive environment that is free of judgment where you can gain clarity and confidence about your future. I believe effective therapy is a collaborative endeavor between the therapist and client, and together we’ll go beyond surface fixes to uncover the deeper patterns that have kept you stuck. Whether your need is short term therapy for adjustment to life transitions or longer term therapy for more persistent or complex issues, counseling can have a positive, lasting impact.

I work from a strengths based approach and use a variety of treatment modalities and techniques specific to the needs of each client. Beginning with the first session, I will give you tools and strategies to help bring you relief, renewed purpose, and hope. My passion is helping clients see new possibilities and discover strengths they don’t know they have.
